Requirements & Conditions:
Pets must have proof of vaccines including Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper, parvo), and a negative fecal test. Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccine is highly recommended. Bordatella as well as other vaccines must be given at least 10 days prior to kennel reservation. Vaccines lower your pet's immune system and my not be effective if given within 10 days prior to boarding.
Pets must display a pleasant disposition while in the kennel. If signs of aggression or destruction occur, your pet may not be permitted to return. Most pets enjoy the playful environment of our kennel, but if your pet becomes stressed or uncomfortable, we want you to know. Our mission is to have every pet safe, happy and healthy during their stay with us.
Things You Should Know:
If, for any reason the staff is asked to stay after hours for a pick-up or drop-off, the fee is $1.00 per minute past closing.
If you pet is not picked up by 6pm on the day of scheduled pick-up, and you have not called to reserve a new pick-up date, an additional $5.00 fee will be added to your bill.
A $20.00 non-cancellation fee will be charged for not calling in advance to cancel a boarding or grooming appointment.
We Do Not Allow Fleas.
If your pet has FLEAS upon arrival (for boarding), you will be charged for a flea treatment and a $5.00 quarantine fee the first night.
Please treat your pets before they arrive.

Premiums go to the employees who give up their own holidays to help make yours special.
An extra charge of $5.00 per pet will be added for the following holiday weekends:
Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.
